Hey there! Sorry in advance for the inconvenience. We are currently experiencing technical issues with our mobile app, "Spaces by Wix". You are currently unable to buy videos through the mobile app. I recommend using a PC or Laptop to purchase the videos you want. Please make sure you are logged into the correct email when you do so. After purchasing the videos on your pc or laptop, you will be able to log in onto that same account & matching email you have on your account through the website itself. If you do this, you will have no problem watching the videos on your mobile device with that same email account.
Only using your phone? No problem! Here is another workaround, if you are only using your phone with no laptop or pc. You can simply go to your internet browser on your phone, Safari or Google Chrome, whichever platform, and buy the videos on your internet browser. I recommend you double check to see that you are logged into your email on our website when you do this, so when you go back to the mobile app, you can easily watch the videos you bought. Thank you for your patience, as we try to consult specalists to fix the “buy” button on our mobile app, but it most definitely 100% works on a pc / laptop.
